When and Where

New Game Plus is an online Summer Society Game which will take place from July to October 2026, using a combination of our Discord server, emails, and this Wiki.

To apply to play in New Game Plus or Reference II, you must fill in the ballot form by 23:59 on Monday 6th July. The character creation deadline will be 23:59 on Thursday 16th July – characters should be submitted through this form.

Uptimes will occur once every two weeks, with a shorter gap between Character Creation and Uptime 1, on Tuesday evenings from 19:00-22:00 BST.

After each Uptime, there will be a Downtime period, in which players can email each other, as well as the GMs. They are also able to submit a Turnsheet. The deadline for sending Emails will be 21:59 on the Friday after a session, and the deadline for submitting Turnsheets will be 23:59 on the Friday after a session.

In addition, before the first uptime, there will be an optional character creation session on Tuesday 14th July. This is a chance for you to ask the GMs about the setting and the mechanics of the game, and to discuss your ideas for potential characters with the GMs and other players.

After the final session, there will be a Debrief session. This is an opportunity for players and GMs to discuss their experiences throughout the game, such as any particular plots or secrets they had. This is typically done via short speeches or presentations.

Every session will be held online on our Discord server. All times are given in British Summer Time (BST (UTC +1)).
