Chieftain Mauna has put out a call for a gathering at Tokay village to prepare for an emergency meeting with Goddess Lavata and for a possible attempts at pacifying the resurfaced Goddess Tephra. While peculiar, the chieftain put out a call that includes “thieves” in the quest listing - perhaps he has a plan.

The interested party shall gather at Tokay village before departing for Mount Incisor to negotiate with Goddess Lavata on how to deal with her sister, Goddess Tephra.
